Employment Contract Review: This process involves a thorough examination of employment contracts to ensure they comply with local laws and regulations, and that they adequately protect both the employer and the employee. The review may assess clauses related to compensation, benefits, working hours, termination, confidentiality, and intellectual property.

How do I initiate a compliance check?
Compliance checks involve ensuring that employment contracts meet local legal standards. If you have a specific type of compliance check in mind, please let me know for more detailed information.
Select the suggested prompt to “Review Contract" and upload your employment contract. When the employment contract uploads an option to "Check Compliance" will display. This kicks off the compliance check process.
Note compliance check currently is optimised for Full Time employment contracts.

How do I view a detailed compliance check report?
When the compliance check is complete you will see option to ‘View detailed report’.

Absolutely, in the document panel you will see an option to download your compliance check report.
